Full In-House Delivery

All AV work is done by our own certified and trained technicians. We are a licensed construction contractor in Japan and do not subcontract our core work. This allows us to tightly manage quality, scheduling, and cost—while avoiding many of the common problems caused by poor handoffs between vendors.

From cable pulling to control system programming, we take ownership from start to finish.

All equipment delivered through mtc is received, staged, labelled, and tested at our Tokyo facility before it ever arrives at your site. Firmware is updated, configuration is applied, and accessories are verified.

This process reduces installation time, identifies hardware issues early, and improves overall quality. It also lets us support tighter construction schedules and avoid surprises during commissioning.

As part of our Structured Cabling work, we ensure every connection is labeled, documented, and tested. Clean cabling is essential for clean AV.

Seamless Support and Maintenance

mtc offers ongoing Support & Managed Services plans for every AV system we deliver. These include proactive maintenance, firmware updates, remote monitoring, and local on-site response by our bilingual team.

We hand over all installed systems with clean documentation, final as-built drawings, and easy-to-understand support records. If your IT or facilities team is based overseas, we’ll make sure they have everything they need to support the system from afar—or we’ll handle it for you.
