mtc is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace for all employees, subcontractors, clients, and visitors. We recognize our legal and moral responsibility to minimize risks to people and the environment and to comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations in Japan.

We comply with all relevant Japanese laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety (労働安全衛生法), industrial waste, environmental protection, and construction site safety. We also work to align our practices with industry standards and international best practices wherever possible.

We are committed to identifying and mitigating potential hazards in our work environments, including offices, job sites, and client locations. All staff are expected to follow safety protocols, wear appropriate protective equipment when required, and report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Health and safety are a shared responsibility. Management is responsible for ensuring that safe systems of work are in place, that risks are assessed, and that staff are properly trained. Employees and subcontractors are expected to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and for those around them.

All workplace incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions must be reported promptly. We investigate all incidents thoroughly to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Our goal is continuous improvement and prevention of reoccurrence.

mtc strives to reduce the environmental impact of its operations. We promote responsible energy use, proper disposal of electronic and construction waste, and sustainable practices in equipment procurement and logistics. We aim to minimize waste and emissions wherever possible.

We provide regular training and awareness sessions to ensure that all employees and contractors understand their HSE responsibilities. Training includes emergency response, proper equipment handling, safe installation procedures, and environmental protection measures relevant to their roles.

We regularly review and improve our health, safety, and environmental practices through internal audits, staff feedback, and changes in legal or operational requirements. mtc is committed to creating a culture where safety and sustainability are embedded in everyday decision-making.
