Scope of Work

Headquarters and Branch Office Support

  • Full IT and AV design and implementation for the Tokyo headquarters
  • Expansion projects including new floor fit-outs and video conferencing standardization
  • New branch office openings across Japan (Fukuoka, Osaka, Nagoya, Sapporo, etc.)
  • Closure and decommissioning of offices, including IT asset removal, data security, and handback coordination

Dark Grocery Rollouts – Uber Eats Japan

  • Rapid build and deployment of dozens of “dark grocery” or micro-fulfillment centers
  • Full network and IT setup, including cabling, WAPs, internet circuit coordination, equipment installation
  • Delivered under tight deadlines with flexible scheduling and ongoing adjustments

Data Center and Infrastructure Work

  • Design and hands-on support for data center racks, structured cabling, switch installation, patching, and server moves
  • Edge computing support and infrastructure maintenance

Executive and Event Support

  • AV and IT setup for high-profile events, including CEO visits and internal all-hands
  • Ensuring flawless live video, connectivity, and presentation systems
