We’re proud to share that Leon Appleby, Project Director at mtc, was recognized as one of the first-ever Crestron True Blue MVPs at Crestron Masters 2025, held this May in Madrid, Spain.

The True Blue MVP program celebrates individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the Crestron community — through technical excellence, thought leadership, and active contributions that support the success of integrators, clients, and the broader AV industry.

Leon’s recognition as a True Blue MVP reflects years of hands-on experience delivering complex AV and control systems across Japan, his deep involvement in Crestron’s training and certification programs, and his ongoing efforts to raise the standard for quality, reliability, and service in the industry.
