Based in Tokyo, mtc supports the development of office and technology environments for foreign-affiliated companies. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator.

In this role, you will work closely with senior sales members to handle client communications, plan events, and prepare proposal materials, playing a key role in launching projects.

Since our work primarily involves foreign-affiliated clients, we offer a workplace with a free and flat organizational culture.

There are no sales quotas.

We place great importance on building strong relationships with clients together as a team.

Job Description

You will support the sales team while managing client relationships and event operations.

Main Responsibilities

■ Sales Support

・Handling emails and phone calls with clients

・Preparing quotes and proposal materials

・Follow-up after sales meetings

・Coordinating with internal teams (engineers, project managers, etc.)

■ Event Planning and Operations

・Planning joint events with partner companies

・Selecting and reserving venues

・Managing invitations and attendee lists

・Supporting venue setup and operations on the day of the event

■ Client Communication

・Participating in online meetings with overseas clients

・Serving as a hub for internal and external communication

This role involves creating cutting-edge office environments,

including IT, AV, and office technology.

Qualifications

■ Required

・Native-level Japanese

・English: Conversational level (reading, writing, and basic conversation)

・Basic PC skills (PowerPoint / Excel / Word)

■ Preferred

・Experience as a sales assistant or in sales support

・Experience in event management or marketing

・Interest in IT and technology
